In mailing fulfillment, Phoenix Graphics provides creation of County/ED specific labels, secure pre-printed shrink wrap, cartons sealed with security specific tape, and verify carton contents. We also can provide access to Pre-Printed Test Decks, COUNTY EMS Ballot Definition Programming, and Data Import Support, plus direct drive freight included at no additional charge.
